Our neighbors recommended Heil Plumbing Company to address a potential water pipe breakdown, between the street and our 40-year-old home. We were very nervous about having this done, especially since the pipe had not shown any issues.
The initial contact was friendly and professional giving us a very clear explanation of the process and a complete price for the work. Scheduling was very simple. The county inspector arrived exactly on time. He quickly traced and marked all the utilities on our property. The installation team of plumbers and heavy equipment technicians arrived 15 minutes behind the inspector. They were all very friendly and informative, explaining every step in the process. The innovation they used allowed them to completely remove and replace my water line in 4 hours with a very minimum of digging and no damage to my home. We didn't have any issues with the water system in our home. When the work was completed, the area inside my basement was cleaner than when they started. You couldn't tell anyone had been working there. The access hole in the yard was completely returned to exactly the way it was when they started. The ground was seeded and covered with straw. They even hooked up my hose, watered the new seed and washed the dirt and mud from my undisturbed blacktop driveway. Then the gentleman put my hose away exactly the way he found it! Thank You so much!
I could not recommend HEIL Plumbing any higher. I am beyond satisfied with their service. I will call them for my next project or if I should have a plumbing issue in the future.

Call Heil Plumbing first. After a sewer line blockage and backup in our basement the other plumbing companies we talked to either wanted to tear down our garage or would start digging and then never return, leaving us with a total mess in our backyard. Heil Plumbing was the only company that offered us a well thought out proposal to reroute the sewer line and completed it not only leaving our property in great shape but also cleaning up the mess other companies left behind. Ike came over to assess the situation and provide options and estimates, keeping in contact with us throughout the project. As soon as we obtained the location of the sewer tap from Baltimore City DPW, Tim scheduled the excavation at their earliest opening. Joel led the excavation team (Otto, Roni and A.J.) and they worked diligently to solve our problem finishing two days early. The entire Heil Team was always prompt, hard-working, thorough, courteous and extremely professional. We can highly recommend their services and will definitely rely on them in the future.

I can’t recommend Heil enough! I spoke with Dan Friday evening about an issue with the hot water heater. He helped me troubleshoot it to get through the weekend without an after hours visit. Came out this afternoon to look at the problem and gave me an honest recommendation. I’ve been using Heil plumbing for several years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I would trust them with any of our plumbing needs! Just had a leak in our kids bath and they were able to come out quickly and fix it. They also assessed another potential plumbing issue that they previously fixed but I was afraid would be an ongoing issue with my kitchen drain and Eric said everything seems fine. I’m glad I was just being paranoid as I hoped was the case. They are fairly priced and I’ve never felt I like was being overcharged for things that didn’t need to be done! We called Heil to replace our garbage disposal having use their services over the past few years with great success. Our technician was Eric and by all means you need to keep this man in your employ, as he is fantastic.
